Charese AI uses account and contact information to provide sign-in, manage memberships, invitations, referrals and waiting-list requests, and deliver newsletters.

Google sign-in requests basic identity information, including name, email and profile picture. Your verified email and account identifier connect your login to your account. We do not request Gmail, Drive or contacts access. Private reading-room access requires an invitation.

We use service providers to host our website, manage sign-in, store account and membership information, and deliver emails. These providers process information needed to perform those services. We use essential cookies to maintain your signed-in session.

Records currently remain stored until manually removed. Removing reading access, withdrawing a request or unsubscribing does not automatically delete all related records. Unsubscribe preferences are retained to prevent unwanted re-enrollment.

For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact hello@charese.ai. Requests require identity verification and review across the services holding your information. Backup copies may remain temporarily under provider retention arrangements.

You can unsubscribe from newsletters and remove Google authorization in your Google Account settings. Removing Google authorization does not delete your Charese AI account or unsubscribe you.
