Verify names, numbers, dates, quotations and factual claims against reliable original sources. A source link is a starting point, not proof.

Look for gaps filled with guesses. Ask the tool to identify assumptions, then check them yourself.
Is this appropriate to share?
Review for private information, unfair generalizations and content that does not belong in the intended setting. Follow your organization’s tool and data policies.
Who owns the final decision?
You do. For consequential decisions, involve someone qualified to assess the result. AI output is a draft to evaluate, not an authority.
